Deliver of Project Management for Phenol plant producing 245 KTPA of phenol and 150 KTPA of acetone all used as feedstock for the BPA Plant for $15 Million Main Automation Contractor (MAC) contract from initiation to closeout with full profit & Loss responsibility. Sponsor assignment to assure maximum scope delivery without deferral to site phase and adhere to accelerated schedule with fixed delivery date. Constructed plans for and managed Risks, Issues, Communications, Resources, Quality, Integration, Schedule, Costs following PMI processes for Project Management. Delivered this multi-party multi-location large MAC project contract working with Technicas Reunidas EPC from tender negotiation stage to closeout. Delivered project to budget with full P&L responsibility bring the project in at the expected profit. Managed the payment and receipt milestones for a cash positive project. Managed implementation of 2 major mod-packs implementation before FAT to achieve a 6% project revenue increase. Managed and delivered stakeholders expectations including soft issues creating high levels of satisfaction. Early logistics and procurement notification and introducing zero time and resource impact changes at no cost. Developed and adhered to accelerated schedule with firm and fixed original contract delivery date. His project team met all deadlines with deliverables submitted on time to expected quality resulting in successful delivery of the full scope without deferral to site phase. Effective organisation and communication skills resulted in full engagement and ownership with very little rework by the home office and remote engineering teams. Subcontracts constituted a high proportion of the project so timely procurement and diligent tracking of performance and delivery, including Invensys as downstream partner, resulted in on time delivery.
