Premabergo was not able to commission the packages and we were approached to conduct this and provide process guarantees. Our engineers at site found that the PLC and SCADA HMI software application could not be located and hence had to be developed to minimal documentation found in the O&M Manuals. Whilst this was being re-engineers at site our Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer conducted the Pre-Commissioning and Process Commissioning and Start-up.
