Creation of a Completions System should start during the early stage of the Detailed Design phase with a part-time Completions Coordinator to set the strategy to be used once Engineering deliverables start to be issued. Once substantial Mechanical Completions are being achieved a Completion Team should be fully engaged to record and manage progress.
Planning for facility operation on day one is essential and we have proven experience in Completions Management Systems with the set up and management for over 140 projects taking project documentation and systemising the process, creating the CMS structures and populating for appropriate Check Sheets, loading Inspection Records, commissioning procedures and certificates.
