Today
Continuous Growth
Abalto now offers operating, maintenance, engineering and detail design, construction management, commissioning and start-up putting our wealth of experience to your advantage. We have within the last 10 years becoming firmly established a tier one supplier to Oil & Gas and many other industries. Abalto has now entered into new markets including Algeria and West Africa to offer its services. Our aim is to leverage our existing capabilities by extending to conduct projects in these countries.
2011
Expansion
In 2011 we established a branch office in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman to serve our Middle East Customers. We have successfully completed over 100 projects from this office in Oil & Gas predominately working on PDO and Daleel projects in a wide range of disciplines including, Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical and Operations support.
2009
Strategy
In 2009 we set our strategy to make the transition to Main Automation Contractor (MAC). Abalto had been providing control systems and services to Automotive, Water and Oil & Gas industries for over 17 years and we believed that the time was right to expand our operations to offer MAC projects delivery especially within Oil & Gas.
2003
Partnership
In 2003 additional equity partners were introduced and Abalto Ltd was formed with a resolution to provide our services in the Oil & Gas industry. We were confident that we would deliver solutions with our highly developed project team. We have successfully delivered our services to major projects including Perdido, Harweel and Saudi Kayan.
2001
Rebranding
In 2001 we re-branded our company to Abalto Technologies Ltd continuing projects in Automotive and targeting the Water and Waste Water industries in the UK. We successfully delivered projects of a diverse nature ranging from trouble shooting and small modifications to systems for full plant automation and control. We worked with Purac to deliver 2 large 500MLD and 800MLD Water Treatment plants in China and several modifications to clean and waste water treatment works for Anglian Water, United Utilities and South West Water.
1992
Incorporation
IAT Systems Ltd was founded, initially specialising in Control and Automation Systems for performing arts theatres, serving clients in Hong Kong and multiple Chinese cities. In just two years, we completed the control systems for four theatres with highly satisfied clients. Building on this success, we expanded into the automotive industry, focusing on control systems for automated paint booths, serving major companies like Nissan, Ford, Rover, Peugeot, Saipa Kia Motors in Iran, and Autouropa in Portugal. We also diversified by providing integrated control systems for breweries and bakeries.
